ArcticHomeUK is operated as a sole trader business. We are not currently VAT registered, and no VAT is charged on our prices.

Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP (£). As we are not VAT registered, VAT is not charged and does not apply to our prices. Delivery charges are displayed during checkout. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time before an order is accepted.

Orders

Submitting an order does not constitute acceptance. Your order is accepted once you receive an Order Confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order, limit quantities, refuse suspected fraudulent orders or orders where products are unavailable. If payment has already been taken, you will receive a full refund.

Payment

We accept payment through Shopify Payments and any other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

Dropshipping

Many products sold through our website are supplied directly by trusted third-party suppliers. Packaging may vary, delivery times may differ, products may arrive separately and manufacturer packaging may be used. We remain responsible for your order and your statutory consumer rights.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only. As our products are supplied and shipped by a number of different third-party suppliers from various locations, delivery times may vary between products and, where an order contains items from more than one supplier, items may be dispatched separately and arrive at different times. All delivery times shown on our website, at checkout or in order confirmations are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

During periods of high demand, seasonal peaks or supplier stock shortages, delivery times for some products may be longer than usual, and we will aim to keep you informed of any significant delay. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, severe weather, industrial action or events beyond our reasonable control. Ownership and risk pass on delivery.

Availability

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we may offer an alternative, delay shipment or provide a full refund.

Returns

You have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Returned goods should be unused, in their original condition and packaging where reasonably possible.

You must notify us of your request to return within 14 days of receiving the item. Any requests made after 14 days may not receive a guaranteed return confirmation.

You must contact us before returning the product as the return address may differ from any and all addresses provided within the delivery, order confirmation or invoice. We are not liable for any returns posted to the wrong address.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the supplier handling your item, but in all cases refunds will normally be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or satisfactory proof of return, in accordance with your statutory rights.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may replace, repair or refund the item. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.

Warranties

Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable and vary by brand. Please retain proof of purchase.

Promotional Codes

Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, may not be combined with other offers, may expire without notice and may be withdrawn where used fraudulently.

Product Reviews

Reviews must be truthful, respectful and lawful. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, images, text, graphics, product descriptions and design, remains our property or that of our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, business or opportunity. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, transport disruption, supplier failure, cyber incidents or governmental restrictions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
